Stop wasting time and effort on producing your Agile delivery metrics
I was recently helping a new client, Immediate Media, get started on our Team Edition version of Plandek. Team Edition allows organisations to quickly see the range of metrics we have available over a couple of their teams.
I was working with Keir Lumsden, an experienced Scrum Master at Immediate Media, walking him through some of the metrics we had populated for the two teams he works closely with. Cycle Time is really important to Keir, so he spends time at the end of each two-week sprint collecting Cycle Time data directly from Jira and collating it to show a six-sprint average. Keir was very excited to see our Cycle Time metric exactly matched (as weβd expect) his data, with the key difference being no manual effort was required to gather the metrics visualised in Plandek.

Plandek Team Edition allows organisations to quickly see the range of metrics we have available over a couple of their teams.
Itβs a familiar story, and I regularly speak to a range of Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers & Development Leads who are spending their valuable time running extracts, playing with spreadsheets and copying & pasting data from one place to another. Plandek completely removes this ongoing effort, doing the heavy lifting for our users so that they can focus their time on gaining insights from the metrics and help drive continuous improvements with their teams.
