Plandek integrates with PagerDuty and New Relic

Plandek continues to enhance its end-to-end delivery metrics platform by integrating with PagerDuty and New Relic

Plandek has announced the launch of integrations with PagerDuty and New Relic, thus adding to the metrics Plandek users can monitor. As such, Plandek's intelligent insight across the end-to-end software delivery process – from design to deployment and all the way to live – now extends into live management. 

This enables Plandek to provide insights into all four DORA metrics – now including Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) – and enables users to analyse the four DORA metrics with a huge degree of flexibility. 

With Plandek's filters and breakdowns functionality, users can investigate root-cause drill-downs to identify differences based on flags such as service, priority, urgency and more. The metric configuration also enables users to customise the benchmarks and parameters of their organisation's MTTR (e.g. ‘Triggered’ to ‘Resolved’; ‘Acknowledged’ to ‘Resolved; ‘Triggered’ to ‘Acknowledged’).

In addition, Plandek’s extensive set of related Agile metrics, DevOps metrics, delivery metrics, and engineering metrics enable users to track and drive improvement across the entire SDLC. Perhaps most importantly, the inclusion of all four DORA metrics now gives organisations an end-to-end view of individual performers, meaning team members can support each other's strengths and weaknesses and ultimately improve as a team.
