Prior to joining Plandek in 2024, Ray held senior roles in multinational organisations and early-stage ventures. These include his time as a Partner at Accenture, and in leadership positions at HSBC, where he served as Global Head of Staff Digital Solutions and then as Global Lead for Digital Fraud Products.
Ray holds an MA from Cambridge University in Electronic Engineering and Information Sciences. His deep technical background and commercial mindset make him a powerful voice in the conversation on scalable, secure AI in enterprise software delivery.
Gary is the VP of Engineering at Trainline, a leading European travel app. He is passionate about developing leaders, empowering high-performing engineering teams, and driving continuous improvement across software delivery. Gary brings a strategic view to AI-driven software engineering leadership – focused on scalable systems, agile team enablement, and innovation through data and automation.
John was most recently a Director of Product Management for Meta‘s global Trust & Safety systems. He was previously the CPO of Springer Nature, the global academic publisher. John’s background includes engineering expertise in chip design and neural networks, alongside an MBA from INSEAD. His career spans early-stage startups to global giants, with a focus on AI in product management, responsible software development, and technology leadership in regulated environments. John’s experience positions him to speak to the real-world integration of Generative AI in software delivery.
