John was most recently a Director of Product Management for Meta‘s global Trust & Safety systems. He was previously the CPO of Springer Nature, the global academic publisher. John’s background includes engineering expertise in chip design and neural networks, alongside an MBA from INSEAD. His career spans early-stage startups to global giants, with a focus on AI in product management, responsible software development, and technology leadership in regulated environments. John’s experience positions him to speak to the real-world integration of Generative AI in software delivery.
