We’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst! Our Customer Success team is committed to helping our clients build high-performing Agile delivery capabilities and demonstrating the value that Agile software development offers. We challenge ourselves and our clients to look at data in different ways, every day.

The Configuration and Support team plays a key role onboarding new clients and maintaining the integrity of their configurations, data, and the general availability of the services upon which they depend. As Support Analyst, you will ensure that our clients can start using the platform as quickly and effectively as possible, and that their confidence in and usage of the platform remains high.

Plandek is currently looking for a Support Analyst to join our Configuration and Support team, which sits within our Customer Success function. You will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining services for our clients. There is a responsibility in this role to fix application and service problems or work to resolve any incident that is disrupting the service our clients depend on. The role therefore requires technical capability (Python and SQL are a must!), a natural curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, business understanding, and the ability to communicate to internal and client stakeholders.

Plandek (www.plandek.com) has developed a BI, analytics and reporting platform to give better visibility of the Agile software development process at scale (across multiple teams and projects) – you might think of it as Google Analytics for software development.

Plandek mines data sitting within commonly used delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Github etc.) to show actionable insights such as: bottlenecks in the process and real drivers of changes in team velocity – in order to improve productivity; forecast earlier and more accurately; and identify actions that can be taken to bring projects in on/ahead of time and budget.

Plandek is looking for an exceptional and highly self-motivated sales executive to join the inside sales department, reporting initially to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The Role and Responsibilities

The SDR will join the newly established Inside Sales team at Plandek.  As such there is excellent prospects for promotion and development as the team grows.  The team is focused on driving Plandek’s client base in the UK, Europe and the US. The SDR will be responsible for generating wholly new leads for Plandek using outbound calling, email and related Linked-in marketing.

Responsibilities therefore include:

Inside Sales team development

Required experienced and competence profile

The successful candidate will be an exceptional SDR executive who is resourceful, self-motivated, outgoing, confident sales person with a proven record of academic achievement.It is helpful if they have knowledge of Agile software development, in order to sell the benefits of the Plandek tool.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be competitive with sales related bonus.
